Sanitation of an apartment building in Leipzig

The complex modernization of the apartment building with 63 units took place while being inhabited. A two-tube pump warm water heating with 210 kW and central warm water preparation under the storage principle was installed. The attic was also partially enlarged for abidance. A large number of apartment buildings of this kind were built in the Erich-Zeigner avenue and the adjacent street between 1920 and 1942, which were sanitized by multiple owners between 1997 and 2001 using complex modernization measures. Our office collaborated in most of them in multiple capacities. Almost 400 units were sanitized and approx. 1.4 MW of heating services were installed.
