Complete sanitation of the Bad Düben Prefabricated School and the Heidegrund school

The DDR prefabricated school building was completely sanitized in two phases. Besides the complete renovation of the sanitary installations had to be upgraded in accordance with the educational buildings guidelines and renovation guidelines for public buildings, including an energy saving low temperature central heating unit. The building was also provided with facilities for disabled persons, such as elevators, wheelchair ramps and special WC areas. Later on, the building will be provided with media, information and communications technologies in accordance with the guidelines of the Free State of Sachsen, which are currently under work.
